Changes at the Hub

Unfortunately due to the new rules re classes FIT FIX will be unable to run at the Hub until further guidance. Classes will still run on ZOOM on a Friday at 6:30pm and will need to be booked via the website. (ALL ZOOM classes will still be recorded and avaliable to purchase for CATCH UP) Now... the bit you've all been waiting for 🥳 *FROM APRIL 12TH* The Hub will be re- opening for PT !!! The Hub WILL BE OPEN on a Monday and a Wednesday as a private gym and training facility. If you are interested in booking a socially distanced training ZONE for a 45 minute session at the rate of £10pp please let me know what day and time you would like to train. Due to limited spaces all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. *TIME SLOTS* 4:30pm 5:15pm 6:00pm 6:45pm
